Medicinal Uses of Vinegar

Organic apple cider vinegar has been known for it's numerous health benefits they include:
  • antiseptic properties ( prevents growth of harmful bacteria & viruses in the digestive tract)
  • increases the body's production of hydrochloric acid for digestion
  • reduces blood sugar levels
  • soothes muscle aches and bruises when applied topically (add 2 cups of apple cider vinegar to bathwater and soak)
  • soothes a sore throat (mix 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar & 1 tsp of salt in glass of warm water and gargle frequently)
  • controls dandruff (massage 3 tbsp vinegar into hair & scalp & let it stand for 10 mins before washing)
  • cleans fruits and vegetables ( one part vinegar & three parts water and scrub with a brush)
